Hi, have you used this as a cross body bag? If so, wondering how comfortable it was as the leather strap looks fairly rigid. Also, in the photo of the strap, it looks like there is either a smudge or scape near the bottom holes?

@srq_millie hi! I only used it as a crossbody, and I didn’t find it too stiff. The strap holds its shape well but I wouldn’t say it was uncomfortable. And the smudge in the picture was actually just dust! Hope that helps!
