New with tags! Lavish Alice strapless aqua blue midi dress with attached waist tie. Hits right at the knee. Size 2- fits true to size. Purchased for a wedding and never wore it. Very minor mark on top left chest that can probably be fixed. Has silicone stripe along the inside of the top to keep it from slipping. Very well made
