Lavish Alice Elegant Rouched Sheath Dress Pale Yellow NWT

Lavish Alice Elegant Ruched Sheath Dress. Color is pale yellow. Tag Size 4. Very form-fitting. Look at measurements carefully. Chest is approx 15-16”. Bodice is very structured with boning and darts. Waist is 12.5”. Hips are 15”. Hem is 12” across. Length is 40-41”. I tried to measure from seam to seam but the measurements seem very small for a size 4. Closer to a size 2. Measurements seem a bit out of proportion but then again it’s been 25 years since I’ve been a size 2. The dress is gorgeous and has some weight to it. Unfortunately there is no material or care tag. My best guess is that it’s a premium thick jersey-like fabric. There is a small makeup mark (see closeup photo) on the left shoulder.
