janaylima @artaismaili I don't think so at all! Ball gowns typically are longer so this would be perfect for anyone that's 5'4-5'6. It was not altered at all. There is a corset in the back so it can be adjusted according to your body structure. Would you be able to do $195? That's already an incredibly low amount for a dress like this.

janaylima @artaismaili so the VERRY bottom layer of the tulle underneath is a little dirty from just being on the floor in general. If you would like to get it cleaned it would still cost significantly less than what this dress is worth. It's in great condition just needs to be washed. Like I said it's like the first layer of fabric underneath all of the tulle and if you were to get it cleaned it would look good as new.
