It also features light blue glass lentils, a silver toned starfish and silver findings for a finishing touch. Place a drop or 2 of essential oils on the lava beads to diffuse. Lava stones have various healing properties and are part of the chakra. They help bring strength, courage, reduces negativity, increases energy, assertiveness and protection.
