Lauren Ralph Lauren Wool Dress Pants Men 40x31 Stretch Straight Leg Flat Front Blue Slacks Trousers Overall these pants are in good condition with no holes or rips. The only thing of note is that there are a couple of light spots on the front of both legs (see last photo). These pants are a wool & polyester blend. The are tagged as a 40x34, but they have been hemmed and measure 40x31. Measurements are shown in the photos. Please review them before purchasing. Let me know if you have any questions.
