Navy 100% Cotton pants with a braided belt. I am 5’1 and they were a bit short on me when I tried them on. I’d say they’re a bit cropped, but don’t look like high waters. Waist: 17 1/2” (laying flat) Hips: 21 1/4” (laying flat) Inseam: 26” Rise: 11 1/2” Ankle: 11 1/2”
