This is a men's Lauren Ralph Lauren 100% wool dress/sports coat. Each sleeve has 3 buttons at the wrist, there are two buttons on the front of the coat, side pockets on the front and a small lapel pocket. The inside has 3 hidden pockets. The coat is sized a 46R. Pit to pit the coat measures 23.5 inches, shoulder to shoulder it measures 20 inches, shoulder to wrist it measures 24 inches and shoulder to hem it measures 33 inches.
