I believe this could be from an iron. It is very difficult to find unless under direct lighting. In addition it is in the underarm area, which will be covered by your arm when wearing. I really don't think anyone would ever notice it when you are wearing it. There are no other flaws. Approximate measurements and material content tag in photos.
