Beautiful lightweight blouse! The embroidery on the collar and the tie are just so feminine and pretty! Great layering piece, but I also loved it for summer, great piece to dress up a bit for dinner. two tiny flaws pointed out in last photo, minor, but please review. Smoke-free home.
