I have received items that are "new" but then I receive and can tell they've been tested or swatched. When I ask, they say "it's only a test!!". I'm sorry but I don't want anyone's hands, lips or anything that I am going to personally use on my items. I didn't mean to offend you. If I did, please accept my apologies :-)

trending101 @angel43616 it’s no problem at all! They should state if it has been swiped or tested at all. I had 2 sets of these left and one I did swipe 2 color from but that client was in person and took right then. Just wanted to double check and make sure. I’m a makeup artist so I inspect makeup all the time when purchasing even from the store lately due to returns and staff not noticing little swipe marks. I also test or swipe products but note that. These are free from anything all brand new.
