3% spandex with cotton & polyester, very soft & stretchy. Sewn cuffs which could easily be removed if wanted. Inseam is 23”, rise is 9” & waist across front is 14”, 16” stretched. Not sure if ankle or crops depending on your height I suppose. Like new condition, worn & washed once with cold gentle cycle & dryer for 10min. low heat then hung to finish drying.
