GUC. These pants are a heavy wool/spandex/poly type fabric. (I am not 100% sure the fiber content because the tag was poking me and i tore it out.) Stretchy, flat front. Comfort waistband, front hook closure with zipper (pic 3). Some pilling around the hem not noticeable when worn. Straight leg, average length (i am 5-8 they were about the right length and talls are generally too long on me). No smoke home. Business casual!
