New without tag. Beautiful blouse- lined in front. Never worn. When taking pictures- I saw some light spots on the back. Not sure what it is. Just been hanging in the closet. It might have came that way and didn’t notice. The back and sleeves are pretty sheer and I don’t think you could see it on. Price reflects the defects.
