This dress by Shelli Segal is made entirely of lace in a floral pattern with a band of different defining an empire waist and with 3/4 slim sleeves. You’ll need to wear a slip underneath-mine is not included. It’s a beautiful dress that has a slight scoop neckline. In a size 8, it measures 19”16”20” lying flat and it’s 34” long. Simply elegant.
