Laundry By Design dress 3/4 length bell sleeves mod style shades of blue

Laundry By Design gorgeous dress in shades of blue with 3/4 inch bell shaped sleeves. Mod style design is very flattering. Hip is 17” waist is 15.5” 35” long 16.5 pit to pit. Polyester spandex blend. Original seller said a seamstress made a repair but I can’t find it. I’m in love with the dress but it’s too tight on me and time for someone else to enjoy this beauty.
