One in the front and one in the back. * It has adjustable straps and the photos show the length of the straps when fully extended and when closed to the end. * It does have some lighter faded areas to the leather which may be darkened with a leather oil or conditioner. * The top area near the handle there is a band of lighter faded leather, the front area near the main zipper and the front pocket area have a lighter more weathered faded look. Please refer to the last few photos for reference. * There is some areas of lighter leather near the bottom seem and the edge of the straps. Please refer to the last few photos. * The loop handle does have some wear from use due to the oils in our hands *This is a pre-owned item.
