Latex rubber boots with clear plastic heel

these boots are a size 6. i bought them on depop but they didn’t fit so i have never worn them, but they do have some wear and tear from the previous owner (as shown in pictures). They go perfect with a pair of jeans for a casual look or skirts and a nice dress for a more dressy look! open to negotiations
