Late 90s/Y2K Vintage Reversible Slip Skirt Sz L

This is a gorgeous late 90s-Y2K vintage reversible slip skirt. Made by Nathalie Seaver, it’s a tiered slip skirt that is also reversible. The top layer of the skirt is peach with flowers in pastel pinks, greens, yellows and bright oranges that is very Pucci style. The layer underneath is pink with tiny white polka dots. The top layer is somewhat sheer so the polka dot material shows through the fabric. The same polka dot material is also visible at the bottom tiers. The tag is tucked under one of the tiers, which also allows the skirt to be reversible. Overall in good vintage condition - the elastic waistband is losing some of its stretch and there are a few minor snags. See measurements in photos for best fit - approx a medium to large.
