Late 19th Century Antique Gold Wooden Wall Mounting Letter A Bank Loan Sign

Measures roughly 14” tall x 14” wide x 1” thick. Shows some scuffing, staining, and paint erosion, as well as a repaired fracture at the bridge of the A. This was made and used around the turn of the century, as part of a commercial Detroit Bank’s indoor wall signage; it was apparently the “a” in the word “savings.” Sold as pictured.
