Latched Mama Velour Maxi

This is the most beautiful dress, I just don’t have an occasion to wear it! It has a thicker privacy panel and is in fantastic condition and EXCEPT for the hem on the back having a small popped thread, which is causing it to separate some. You can’t tell when it’s on, but I would still recommend fixing it so it doesn’t get worse. I am VERY novice, but do have some sewing experience and could attempt a repair if someone was interested.
