lafondra Up early on my off day to head over to the post office. I haven’t received my Shoes...seems there held up at my local post office. I should’ve received them on the 5th, I filed a claim and still getting no help. Thanks for doing your part.... I hope I get my shoes

chrisette @lafondra yes I see! I sent them during the holiday. No reason you shouldn’t have them. I see them in the tracking as shipped but they seemed to have stopped somewhere in transit. Please let me know when you receive them. So sorry for the inconvenience.

lafondra I finally received follow up from post office. Unfortunately, they are unable to locate the package so they advised me the sender needs to submit claim for reimbursement.

chrisette @lafondra wow. This is the second time I’ve sent shoes that were lost by the post office. So incredibly disappointing. My losses are now at $400. This may not be the place to sell shoes. I’m sorry for your inconvenience also. I’m sure it’s frustrating.

lafondra @chrisette Yes it is! Their attitude about it is what made even more upset. Sorry for your losses. Poshmark will investigate and issue refund.

chrisette @lafondra ok. I think I’ll put insurance on packages from now on. A small price raise will be worth it. I’ll let you know if I “find” the shoes again... and send them “securely” next time. Sorry for your trouble too!!! Have a great week. ❤️
