ccjlgarner @susanleepowell no question is ever silly. Yes it is on the outside of the purse. It comes in quite handy for keys and other things used often. If you want more pics, let me know. It's really a cute purse. In fact, I've thought about taking it off there. But I have too many purses. I need to get rid of some.
