pophistoryquiz Hi. It’s hard for me to tell for sure from the photos if this hat is sheer all over or only on a few inches around the brim. Is the weave more dense over the crown and inner part of the brim?

susanstash You're correct. The very edge of the brim is solid, with like a folded ribbon over the edge. The curved end 2" is a transparent weave in an airy pattern unlike that of the crown and and the first 3 3/4 inches.
