Polagram brand. 100% cotton dress with poly lining. Knee length(I'm 5ft 8in for reference). Elastic on sleeves and across shoulders for a comfy fit. Has smocking across back as well a a pretty tie at back for added detail. Fabric is blue with a textured floral pattern throughout. Darts at bust. Flattering waist detail at front. Pretty slight v neckline. Such a sweet dress for summer! Easy to dress up or wear casual. Good used condition.
