Large Black and white polkadot wrap style dress w ruffle hemline, bell sleeves

This is brand new, i had already exchanged multiple items and read the description incorrectly when i ordered it and was expecting black with a floral print. So i couldn’t return it. It is a stretchy knit with long wrap ties and a true wrap dress. I would say the size runs a little bit large. I wear between a large and extra-large and this fits me perfectly fine.
