Lapis Size Small Yellow Crinkled Blouse

Cute and unusual yellow crinkly button down blouse in great pre-owned condition by Lapis. The sleeves are flutter and double layered. The front has 2 elasticized spots on the front, and the lower back is elasticized. I never wore this. Super cute with ruffles at the neckline. Size small. Measures 18" armpit to armpit, 23" shoulder to hem. 66% rayon, 34% nylon Hand wash cold, dry flat. Cool iron if needed.
