Lapis Maxi dress with smocking and detachable strap🎉

Lovely blue/gray dress in light easy care polyester fabric. Smocking at the top for a good fit. Can be worn strapless or with detachable straps. Beautiful floral prints on the dress. Top of bust to bottom Of dress is approximately 44.5 in. Would fit xs- s size. A couple of snags on fabric but barely noticeable. Color is more like blueish gray. Prints are in black. Lightly lined.
