Lanz burgundy rust dress w/lace collar, S, 70s, good condition

Burgundy/rust Lanz Originals dress with lace collar and 3 button down neck. 70s. No size tag, nor material tag, but feels like very soft cotton. Armpit to armpit= 17 inches, 17 inches shoulder seam to middle of waist band, waist band 34 inches, total length shoulder seam to bottom hem= 45.5 inches. Machine washable, tumble dry. Threaded belt loops.
