(Used twice) The cooling gel pads were part of a three pack. They work very well for cracked nipple. After a feeding or pump session dry off your chest before applying them. I used them for 15 minutes after a feeding. And kept them in the fridge between sessions. I experienced relief in about 3 days and if you keep them dry they can be reused.
