@vchesser hi. Sorry for late reply. Laying flat the front panels from under arm to middle is 10 inches. So 20 inches across, back is 20 inches. Top to bottom is about 30 inches. I wear S/M and size 6. It fits with room for a sweater. The XL label is misleading.
