Lane Bryant Chiffon Polka Dot Top Blouse Women’s 26/28 Black White

This is a great black and white polka dot chiffon blouse by Lane Bryant in a woman’s size 26/28. It has a crossover “V” neckline and flouncy sleeves. The hemline is a contrasting white with black polka dot chiffon. There is a side invisible zipper. Measurements: under arm to under arm equals 27 1/2 inches and the measurement from shoulder to hemline is 29 inches. It is an excellent condition. I think I wore twice!
