Lane Bryant chiffon layer sleeveless stretch top 18/20

Navy blue. Has a chiffon layer at the bottom only. Soft stretch fabric. Faint mark at shoulder, see pic. I thought that mark was my hanger, its faint and hard to see in my opinion. approx 24 inches pit to pit 28 inches front length 31 inches back length BG2
