New with tags, I never got to wear these. I do feel they ran small so please check flat lay measurements as they are included in photos to help make sure they are right for you. No holes, rips, or stains. These are a medium blue color and a wider Flare at the bottom. I'm pretty sure I've had these in my closet for about 15 years. I do have a pet and smoke free home.
