Lane Bryant Navy Blue Short Sleeve Dress Button Up with Wrap Tie Women's Size 20

Unique dress from Lane Bryant in navy blue with white spotted pattern all over. Dress does have an inner lining. Buttons down the front of the dress with in between buttons that button inward to prevent gaps in the chest area. The blouse area has a tie that wraps around each side to go through belt loops and tie in the back. Even as a short-sleeved dress, this is fairly heavy with the double layer of fabric. Excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws noted. Please see photos.
