This is the best halter. You can dress it up or down depending on your mood. Worn a few times but it’s a little big on me and hangs below my bra in the back laying flat just below the bust is 21” so if you wear a 42-44 bra this sexy halter will fit. It’s 2 layers of sheer poly scarf material and has a shark bite hem. It’s well made and in like new condition.
