Lane Bryant 22/24 windbreaker style black lightweight zip up jacket

Lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Has pockets. There were some adjustable strings at the sleeves, they broke and are not functional so you cannot make the wrist smaller. Zips up. Not sure if this is water resistant or not. There is some faint marking on one side of the chest, see pic. Has a collar look when zipped down or goes up when zipped all the way up.
