Used condition. Some corners show wear, and some very light cosmetic discoloration, but nothing that is glaringly obvious. It also looks a touch smushed without the bag being filled, but still works for its purpose while providing a chic look to toting books from the library. This bag has a nice feel to it and larger handles and overall size is nice. It’s about 15 inches long, 10ish inches high, and 5 inches wide without anything in it. Handles are about 26 inches each.
