Lands' End V-Neck Cardigan size PM

This camel colored cotton cardigan was given to my mother as a gift and she never wore it as it was too large for her. It is made of 100% cotton that has weight and feels very soft. It measures 21" from pit to pit and is 28" from the shoulder to the hem, which makes it rather long for a petite person, unless it is meant to be tunic like. It's sized as between a 10 and 12, but it is their petite line.
