This listing is for a brand new, womens medium, maroon, Land's End, Winter coat/ parka. It was purchased as a back up to another Winter coat but was never used. The coat falls below the backside for maximum warmth. It has 2 chest pockets, 2 waist pockets, and 2 zippers up the lower back so you can make it tighter or loose. The hood is faux fur and can be removed for cleaning via a zipper. Excellent condition. (Don't just like the listing, make me an offer :))
