Land's End winter parka in very good condition without significant wear and no stains, rips or tears. This heavy duty parka has lots of extra features, including a detachable faux fur hood lined with fleece, adjustable waist with interior toggles, lots of generous pockets both inside and out, buttoned side vents, zip and snap closures, high collar, quilted interior, and adjustable cuffs. It's fully waterproof with sealed seams and contains 600 fill power down. Temp rating is "Warmest" (-3 to 25 F). Seriously, this coat has everything! Great longer length with slight hi-low hem for extra coverage, too. Measures app'x: 29 inches pit to pit, 32 across bottom, 36 long in front, and 37.5 back.
