Lands End Cotton Black & White Smocked Midi Dress (L-14-16) New without tags

Very cute smocked black & white midi Dress in size L (14-16). The elastic ruffled sleeves can be worn up or draped lower on the shoulder. The bodice is smocked and the skirt is tiered. It has two on seam pockets. Bought for a party but never wore it. So it is brand new without tags.
