kiwigia does it come with grow a length? what is the temperature rating?

sayre_white @gia_chan The sleeves are "grow-alongs" that have already been extended. I don't remember the temperature rating. It's a Squall® parka that I believe is rated +4 degrees F and warmer, based on a quick google search.
