This is a Lance Cade Strappy Midi Dress in a leopard print. Look closely around the bottom of the dress and you will see various safari cats. The top of the dress has elastic gathering around the bust with tassel straps and ties in the front. It has a very Bohemian, gypsy style to it. There are no fabric details but feels like rayon.
