Primitive original watercolor in blues and greens Rowboats on Water Amateur artist: Marian Campbell Phillips Gibbs Painted in 1983 Unframed, this piece was shrink-wrapped over cardboard backing for display in art shows Hand cut off-white mat, not quite square Measures about 13.25-inches across and about 13-inches top to bottom Interior measure about 7 3/8-inch side to side and about 7-inches top to bottom Mat could be trimmed to fit square frame or replaced with more standard size mat Shrink-wrap has a small break in upper right quadrant (see photo) that has NOT damaged mat below Very minor chip in bottom of mat (see photo) that would be hidden under frame
