brand new from a local gift shop. white washed wood panel with aqua color distressed burlap bow and aqua wooden slab for picture. slide in a landscape 4x6 picture. back has wooden peg to use to set picture up if you want to place in on a table or shelf and a hole at the top if you wanted to hang it on a wall. very cute and great quality! 🩵
