Lady's plus size Charter Club dress. Zebra stripes with rust trim

Charter Club plus sized dress. says that it's a sized 24, but there's no way it's that big. comes above knees. very pretty on with a black blazer or sweater. I also wore with a black shirt underneath. Bought last year, I just get tired of the same things black and white cotton polyester blend with zebra stripes and rust colored trim.
