Lady Winston Casual Paisley Button Down Dress with Collar, Ruffle & Sash

Lady Winston casual button down dress with classic collar and ruffled bottom. 3/4 length sleeves. Colorful paisley pattern. Blue, green, reddish, gold, creamy white, etc. 22 inches from armpit to armpit. Total length 48 inches. The tag with the fabric content and size is missing. It appears to be a cotton/polyester blend.
