I measured the dress: waist 33, bust 36 the skirt hits me right above my knee. The dress flares out and has a tie at the waist. It’s super comfortable and I think could fit anyone from a size 14-18. The British sizing is larger so it says a 20 but I was around a 16 W when I wore it. I’m a 14 now and it fits me. I hope that’s helpful.
