Ladies kilt

This is a small made item. Label reads a M but it is 14 inch tape measure across so I’d say it’s more like XS. Length is 15 inch. It has button closure and zipper on side. There is a tiny thread catch at bottom center front of skirt barely noticeable. No smoking no pet home. Scottish Tartan Plaid
